In this class , the Ss learn some words about the things.

1、Ss learn to talk about the positions of things with the words〞on/in/under.
2、Ss learn to ask the positions of things with the sentence:

Teaching procedures:
Step 1 Warm—up
Greeting to the students
Step 2 Revison
Show the pictures and review the words we’ve learnt
(table、bed、bookcase、sofa、chair、desk、room、hat)
Show the objects to review the words we’ve learnt.
--What’s this?--It’s a/an…
Step 3 Presentation
1. Do the action,let them describe it with the words we’ve learnt. (on /in/under)
2. Present the new sentences , say : I’m looking for my book everywhere ,but I can’t find it. Could you tell me where it is . we can ask like this : Where is my book? It’s on/in/under…
3. Using the words to practice the sentences .
4.Present the sentences: Where are…?
They are on/in/under…
5.Practice the sentences in pairs, then ask some pairs to show their conversations.

Play the recording ,let them listen and number the things, then finish 1b.
