After Party C pays Party A the amount mentioned in Article 1 of this agreement, it shall be deemed that Party B has completed the payment obligation of the corresponding amount to Party A (the specific amount is subject to the payment actually received by Party A from Party C). 三、因丙方代为付款而导致乙丙双方可能发生的债权债务关系及发票关系，由乙丙双方另行约定，甲方无须向丙方偿还本协议第一条所述的款项，亦无须向丙方开具任何形式的发票。 3. The possible creditor-debt relationship and invoice relationship between Party B and C due to Party C’s payment on behalf of both parties shall be separately agreed between Party B and C. Party A does not need to repay Party C the amount mentioned in Article 1 of this agreement, nor does it need to issue any form of invoice to Party C. 四、本协议仅就代付款事项进行确认，不免除乙方对仍未支付货款的付款责任，不免除乙方就全部到期货款本金（包括由丙方代为支付的金额）应承担的延期付款违约金等责任，乙方仍对全部到期且未支付的货款及因延期支付产生的违约金承担付款责任。 4.
