摘 要 超 声 无 损 检 测 是 在 现 代 工 业 生 产 中 应 用 的 非 常 广 泛 的 一 种 无 损 检 测 方 法 ， 它 对 于 提 高 产 品 的 质 量 和 可 靠 性 有 着 重 要 的 意 义 。 尽 管 随 着 电 子 技 术 的 发 展 ， 国 出 现 了 一 些 数 字 化 的 超 声 检 测 仪 器 ， 但 其 数 据 处 理 及 扩 展 能 力 有 限 ， 缺 乏 足 够 的 灵 活 性 。 而 虚 拟 仪 器 是 近 年 来 刚 刚 发 展 起 来 的 一 种 新 的 仪 器 构 成 方 式 ， 它 是 一 种 计 算 机 技 术 、 通 讯 技 术 和 测 量 技 术 相 结 合 的 产 物 ，具 有 很 大 的 灵 活 性 和 扩 展 性 ， 具 有 旺 盛 的 生 命 力 。 因 而 本 设 计 尝 试 将 虚 拟 仪 器 技 术 和 超 声 检 测 技 术 相 结 合 ， 基 于 AT 8 9 C 5 2 单 片 机 开 发 的 超 声 探 伤 仪 智 能 系 统 的 硬 件 组 成 、软 件 设 计 和 抗 干 扰 措 施 , 以 脉 冲 反 射 式 超 声 探 伤 仪 为 代 表 研 制 完 成 一 个 良 好 的 数 字 化 的 超 声 检 测 平 台 ， 该 系 统 具 有 测 量 、 数 字 显 示 、 A / D 转 换 等 功 能 , 并 具 有 工 作 稳 定 、 性 能 好 等 优 点 。 为 以 后 进 一 步 的 更 深 入 的 超 声 数 字 信 号 处 理 研 究 打 下 了 良 好 的 基 础 。 关 键 词 ： 无 损 检 测 ； 超 声 波 探 伤 ； AT 8 9 C 5 2 ； 虚 拟 仪 器 ； Lab VIEW Abstract As a kind of NDT ( Non - Destructive Testing ) ， UT ( Ultrasonic Testing ) is widely used in modern industry, which plays a very important role in improving the quality and the reliability of product . VI ( Virtual In s tru - ment ) is a new Instrument structure developed recent years and is an outcome which combines the computer technique , the communication technique together with the measure technique , which has huge expand ability, flexibility and the prosperous vitality .
