白腐菌降解持久性有机污染物研究的开题报告 【摘要】 白腐菌是一类能够降解生物质和木质纤维素素的真菌，其具有比较高的降解效率和适应性，是目前研究生物降解有机污染物的热点之一。本文的研究目的是通过研究白腐菌在降解持久性有机污染物方面的应用发展现状，深入探究白腐菌在此领域的应用价值。 在本文中，我们将从以下几个方面进行深入探究与研究：首先，介绍白腐菌的基本特征及其在生物降解有机污染物方面的应用现状；其次，探究目前主流的白腐菌处理有机污染物的技术方案和方法；然后，针对白腐菌处理有机污染物的基础和关键问题，提出我们的研究计划和实验方案；最后，根据研究结果总结分析。 本研究计划以生物降解持久性有机污染物为主要研究对象，借鉴前人的研究成果，并结合实验的具体条件和问题，在充分调研现有文献的基础上，进一步深入探究白腐菌在降解持久性有机污染物方面的应用前景及其处理效果。 【关键词】 白腐菌、有机污染物、生物降解、持久性、应用研究。 【Abstract】 White-rot fungi are a type of fungus that can degrade biomass and lignocellulose. It has high degradation efficiency and adaptability, and it is currently one of the hotspots for studying biological degradation of organic pollutants. The purpose of this study is to explore the application of white-rot fungi in the degradation of persistent organic pollutants, and to investigate its application value in this field. In this study, we will conduct in-depth research in the following aspects: first, introduce the basic characteristics of white-rot fungi and its application status in the biological degradation of organic pollutants; secondly, explore the mainstream technology solutions and methods for white-rot fungi to treat organic pollutants; then, based on the basic and key issues of white-rot fungi in the treatment of organic pollutants, propose our research plan and experimental program; finally, summarize and analyze the research results. This research plan focuses on the biological degradation of persistent organic pollutants, draws on the research results of previous researchers, and combines the specific conditions and problems of the experiment. Based on a thorough investigation of existing literature, we will further explore the application prospects of white-rot fungi in the degradation of persistent organic pollutants and its treatment effects. 【Keywords】 White-rot fungi, Organic pollutants, Biological degradation, Persistent, Application research.
