中国美容医学2023年4月第32卷第4期 Chinese Journal of Aesthetic Medicine.Apr. 2023.Vol.32.No.4 169 •护理美学• PDCA护理模式对牙列缺损种植修复患者种植效果及心理状态的影响 果 雨，张宗骊，罗 玲，鲁 喆，周 颖，唐 霞 （四川大学华西口腔医院修复一科 四川 成都 610000） [摘要]目的：探讨PDCA（plan-do-check-act）护理模式对牙列缺损种植修复患者种植效果及心理状态的影响。方法：选取 2020年4月-2021年4月在笔者医院进行种植修复的84例牙列缺损患者为研究对象，采用随机数字表法分为观察组（n=42） 和对照组（n=42）。对照组予以常规护理干预，观察组予以PDCA护理模式干预。比较两组护理干预后种植效果、干预前与 干预1周后状态特质焦虑问卷中状态焦虑分量表（State anxiety inventory，S-AI）、特质焦虑分量表（Trait anxiety inventory，T-AI）与汉密尔顿抑郁量表（Hamilton depression scale-17，HAMD-17）评分；干预3个月后，选择口腔健 康影响程度量表（Oralhealth impact profile-14，OHIP-14）评估患者口腔健康相关生活质量（Oral health related quality of life，OHRQoL）；统计两组并发症发生率。结果：观察组舒适度、咀嚼、语言、美观及固位种植效果均高于对 照组（P ＜0.05）；干预1周后，观察组S-AI、T-AI与HAMD-17评分均低于对照组（P ＜0.05）；干预3个月后，观察组OHRQoL 中生理障碍、残障、功能限制、生理性疼痛、心理不适、社交障碍及心理障碍评分均低于对照组（P ＜0.05）；观察组患者 并发症总发生率低于对照组（P ＜0.05）。结论：对牙列缺损种植修复患者予以PDCA护理模式干预可提高患者种植效果，减 少患者焦虑及抑郁心理状态，改善OHRQoL，降低术后并发症发生率。 [关键词]PDCA护理模式；牙列缺损；种植修复；心理状态；口腔健康；生活质量；并发症 [中图分类号]R473.78 [文献标志码]A [文章编号]1008-6455(2023)04-0169-04 Effect of PDCA Nursing Model on Implant Effect and Psychological State of Patients with Dentition Defect Implant Restoration GUO Yu,ZHANG Zongli,LUO Ling,LU Zhe,ZHOU Ying,TANG Xia ( Department of Prosthodontics,West China Hospital of Stomatology,Sichuan University,Chengdu 610000,Sichuan,China) Abstract: Objective To explore the effect of PDCA nursing intervention on implant effect and psychological state of patients with dentition defent implant restoration.
