河南机电高等专科学校毕业设计 PAGE 4 PAGE 4 河南机电高等专科学校 毕业设计论文 论文题目：φ13～φ32锥柄麻花钻扭槽机 主轴箱皮带轮机构设计、机床底座设计 系 部： 机械工程系 专 业： 机械制造与自动化 班 级： 机制075 学生姓名： 雷光鹏 学 号： 070114522 指导教师： 赵建敏 孔春艳 2010年5月20日 摘 要 本次所设计的锥柄麻花钻扭槽机，作用是利用传动力学及机械原理相互作用及配合，快速将麻花钻铸坯扭制成麻花钻粗加工，此时要注意扭机主电机的极限转速及进给速度的快慢和配合，以生产过程中，避免因主电机的转速或者进给电机速度的不一直或者不协调影响麻花钻在扭制时产生铸坯径向受力不均匀导致扭制歪曲的结果。 本次设计的目的，就是设计出一台性能稳定并且在扭制中可以保持主电机和进给电机的速度的配合，锥柄麻花钻扭槽机：利用这台设备在麻花钻加工时，均衡扭制麻花钻铸坯各个的头数。由于本台机器在生产过程当中所处的环境比较恶劣，因此本台机器在生产过程当中要注意环境通风良好，保护设备和人员的安全。 关键词： 锥柄麻花钻扭槽机 进给速度 传动力学 轴 强度 中心距 应力 Abstract The awl handle fried dough twist that designs get into to turn groove machine, role is to interact using transmission mechanics and mechanical principle and suits , get into fried dough twist fast to cast Pei turn to make fried dough twist get into roughing, right now will notice to turn coordination and the speed of feed speed and the limited speed of machine main generator in order to avoid in production course because of feed generator speed or the rotational speed of main generator not always or do not coordinate influence fried dough twist get into in turn system produce casting Pei radial get force not even cause to turn system the result of distorting.
