However, in the current era, college students keep up with the trend and become the main force of online shopping. The rapid growth of campus express delivery volume shows that students generally have low evaluation and impression on the work and service attitude and efficiency of campus express stations. The entrepreneurial team of college students hoped to introduce the park crowd-sourcing logistics platform into the campus express service center through an innovative delivery operation mode, in order to improve the delivery of campus express in the last mile, but most of the results ended in failure.
