In this paper, the circular economy and circular economy model were summarized, modern logistics and the Internet of things were introduced, the preconditions for the realization of low-carbon operation and sustainable development of wood processing industry were analyzed, and finally the measures of modern logistics to help the sustainable development of wood processing industry were put forward.
