在校大学生内驱力影响机制应用研究的中期报告 摘要: 内驱力是指个体在自身意愿的驱动下,自觉地去做一件事情的能力。本次研究旨在分析内驱力在大学生学习和生活中的影响机制,并探讨如何提高大学生的内驱力。 通过对文献进行综述分析,可以得出以下结论:一是内在动机会对个体的学习和生活行为产生积极的影响,二是自主性可以增强内在动机的产生,三是内在动机会被外在因素所影响,四是内在动机的产生和维持需要一定程度的成就感和自信心。 基于以上结论,研究者提出了一些针对性的建议:一是鼓励大学生自主选择学习和生活的方式,提高其自主性和个体参与的意愿,二是给予大学生适当的奖励和认可,提高其成就感和自信心,三是鼓励大学生平衡生活与学习,减少压力和负面影响,四是加强心理健康教育,提高大学生应对学习和生活挑战的能力。 关键词:内驱力;大学生;影响机制;自主性;成就感。 Abstract: Intrinsic motivation refers to the ability of individuals to consciously do something under their own will. This study aims to analyze the influence mechanism of intrinsic motivation on college students learning and life, and explore how to improve college students intrinsic motivation. Through literature review and analysis, the following conclusions can be drawn: firstly, intrinsic motivation has a positive impact on individuals learning and life behaviors; secondly, autonomy can enhance the generation of intrinsic motivation; thirdly, intrinsic motivation is influenced by external factors; fourthly, the generation and maintenance of intrinsic motivation require a certain degree of achievement and self-confidence. Based on the above conclusions, the researchers put forward some targeted suggestions: firstly, encourage college students to choose their own way of learning and living, improve their autonomy and individual willingness to participate; secondly, give appropriate rewards and recognition to college students, improve their sense of achievement and self-confidence; thirdly, encourage college students to balance life and learning, reduce pressure and negative impact; fourthly, strengthen psychological health education, improve college students ability to cope with learning and life challenges.
