毕业设计报告(论文) 报告(论文)题目： 温室大棚自动除雪机器人 北华航天工业学院毕业论文 PAGE PAGE I 摘 要 本文首先介绍温室大棚除雪的意义，背景以及现状与未来的趋势。通过分析市面上已经出现的除雪方式的优缺点，得出我所设计的温室大棚自动除雪机器人，文中重点阐述了温室大棚自动除雪机器人的工作原理、结构组成及设计和关键部件的选择及其设计三部分内容。其中本次设计的创新之处是除雪执行机构利用离心式吹风机产生风量吹拂积雪，同时吹风机电机带动凸轮机构转动，通过连杆控制吹风口仰角的变化，从而使吹雪机可以吹拂到温室大棚各角度弧面的积雪，已达到彻底清除积雪的目的。本除雪机器人将凸轮转子结构与吹雪装置结合为一体，结构紧凑，使其高效，迅速，精确的清除大棚积雪，完成复杂的除雪工作。 关键词: 温室大棚 自动 除雪 机器人 凸轮机构 PAGE PAGE II Abstract This paper first introduces the meaning, background and current situation and future trend of snow removal in greenhouse. Through the analysis of the advantages and disadvantages of the snow removal methods that have appeared on the market, the author has obtained the automatic snow removal robot in greenhouse. The paper mainly elaborates the working principle, structure and design of the automatic snow removal robot in the greenhouse, and the selection and design of the key components Three parts.
