陕西省农村客运运力分布研究的中期报告 【摘要】 本报告对陕西省农村客运运力分布进行了中期研究，并结合实际情况提出了一些具体措施，以促进农村客运发展。首先，根据陕西省农村区位特点和运输需求，分析了各县区农村客运运力状况及存在的问题；然后，采用问卷调查等方法，对陕西省农村客运的运力供给和需求进行了调查和分析；最后，提出了促进农村客运发展的具体建议，包括：提高农村客运从业人员的素质和服务水平，加强农村道路建设和维护，鼓励车企参与农村客运市场竞争等。 【关键词】陕西省；农村客运；运力分布；调查分析；促进发展 【Abstract】 This report conducts mid-term research on the distribution of rural passenger transport capacity in Shaanxi Province, and proposes some specific measures to promote rural passenger transport development based on actual conditions. Firstly, based on the location characteristics and transportation needs of rural areas in Shaanxi Province, the report analyzes the status and problems of rural passenger transport capacity in each county and district. Secondly, using questionnaire survey and other methods, the supply and demand of rural passenger transport capacity in Shaanxi Province are investigated and analyzed. Lastly, this report puts forward specific recommendations to promote rural passenger transport development, including improving the quality and service level of rural passenger transport personnel, strengthening rural road construction and maintenance, and encouraging vehicle enterprises to participate in rural passenger transport market competition. 【Key words】Shaanxi Province; Rural passenger transport; Transport capacity distribution; Survey and analysis; Promoting development.
