预制芯柱式普通-泡沫混凝土复合外墙板技术研究 摘 要： 为了解决当前广大农村住宅的保温性能差，提高农村住宅的抗震性能，依据装配式建筑的设计要求及功能要求，提出 了一种预制芯柱式普通-泡沫混凝土复合外墙板，选用自主研发的泡沫混凝土作为复合外墙板的保温层，提出了一种新的结构受 力形式，既将复合外墙板的结构层采用芯柱式钢筋承受力。保温层的泡沫混凝土与芯柱式结构层的混凝土通过两者的黏结力及 拉筋将两者形成一个整体，采用的泡沫混凝土质轻，与同等厚度的预制夹芯板相比很大程度的减小了质量，提高了外墙板的抗震 性能。生产工艺简单，连接采用螺栓连接，连接可靠，易操作，实现了建筑物的拆装方便的目标，符合装配式建筑的理念。 关键词： 芯柱式；结构保温一体化；预制复合墙板；制备工艺 中图分类号： TU528.7 文献标志码： A 文章编号： 1002-3550 （2019）08-0125-03 MA Jiansuo ，LI Xuena ，CAI Huanqin （School of Civil Engineering，Hebei University of Architecture and Engineering ，Zhangjiakou 075000 ，China） Ab stract:In order to solve the problem of poor thermal insulation performance and improve the seismic performance of rural residential buildings ，this paper presents a prefabricated core-type composite concrete wall panel with the requirements of the design requirements and functional requirements of the assembled buildings.Self-developed foam concrete as a composite wall of the insulation layer ，put forward a new form of structural force ，both composite structure of the outer wall of the use of core column reinforced bearing capacity.Insulation layer of foam concrete and core structure of the concrete layer through the cohesive force between the two and the two will form a whole ， the use of foam concrete light ，with the same thickness of the prefabricated sandwich panels compared to a large extent The weight of the outer wall to improve the seismic performance.The production process is simple ，the connection is bolted ，the connection is reliable ，easy to operate ，the realization of the building easy to disassemble the target ，in line with the concept of assembly architecture.
