Through investigating customers, analyzing the market, and comparing competitors, we have drawn the following conclusions: X Securities Companys brokerage business marketing system has the following problems: single sales channel, relying on early customer groups, narrow market coverage, lack of innovative marketing strategies, and loopholes in business management. We suggest that X Securities Company take the following measures to improve its brokerage business marketing system: diversify sales channels, strengthen market promotion, provide innovative products and services, improve customer management and tracking systems, and strengthen internal management and continuous training.
