PAGE II PAGE I 本科毕业设计(论文) 题目：炉顶旋转布料器设计 炉顶旋转布料器设计 摘 要 布料器是炉顶设备的重要组成部分之一，它的工作状况直接影响着炉料的分布。本文通过对炉顶旋转布料系统研究，根据已知参数，对各皮带机进行了设计、计算和选型。在布料系统的研究过程中，依次对可逆皮带机、称量皮带机、混料皮带机和大倾角皮带机进行分析计算。详细计算物料的横截面面积、驱动圆周力和电机功率，利用逐点计算各个滚筒的合张力以及传动滚筒的扭矩，计算出胶带的最大张力和，并对整个皮带系统的可行性进行了校核。本设计能够实现最理想的布料，并且操作灵活能满足高炉生产需求。 本文简单介绍了布料器的旋转结构和特点，依据布料器的运行原理以及已知参数和计算出的各项数据，合理选择皮带机的胶带、驱动电机等。在皮带机承载段部分，实现布料系统的安全稳定运行。 关键词：布料系统；皮带机；旋转结构 The Design of The Furnace Top Spin Cloth Feeder Abstract Distributor is an important part of the furnace top equipment, working conditions affect the charge distribution directly.
