本科毕业设计（论文） 题目：DW16-300/100X悬浮式单体液压支柱 的设计 PAGE IV PAGE IV DW16-300/100X悬浮式单体液压支柱的设计 摘 要 单体液压支柱是一种新环保型的支护装备，广泛用在煤矿回采用工作面顶板支护、煤矿综采工作面支护端头。DWX型单体液压支柱为柱塞悬浮式单体液压支柱，是一种新型外部供液的恒阻式单体液压支柱，采用柱塞悬浮式技术原理，悬浮力达到工作阻力的五分之四，立柱受力仅为五分之一，其强度高、行程大、耐使用、重量轻、易维修，解决了传统支柱存在的一系列安全隐患问题，在煤层支撑防护上的应用日益广泛，发展前景广阔。 DW-X型悬浮式单体液压支柱DWX型支柱三用阀设于手把体上，注液时，三用阀不随支柱的活柱升高而升高，操作方便，安全可靠。适用于煤矿回采工作面的顶板支护和端头顶板支护，多应用于薄煤层、中厚煤层及较厚煤层工作面。 本课题是基于AUTOCAD2010和Pro/ENGINEER 5.0设计DW16-300/100X悬浮式单体液压支柱。 关键词：单体液压支柱；悬浮式；Pro/E The Design of DW16-300/100X Suspension Single Hydraulic Prop Abstract Individual hydraulic prop is a kind of new environment-friendly supporting equipment, widely used in coal mine to use the roof support, coal mine fully mechanized working face end.
