城市社区建设中政府、市场与社会的互构——基于武汉市常青花园社区的考察的中期报告 摘要： 城市社区建设是城市的基础性工程，在其中政府、市场与社会三者互相作用。本文以武汉市常青花园社区为研究对象，考察了政府、市场与社会在社区建设中的作用和互动关系。通过实地调查和文献资料分析，发现政府在社区建设中发挥着主导作用，市场则是主要的服务提供者，社会则是参与者和推动者。同时，政府、市场和社会之间存在着较为复杂的互动关系，政府与市场之间的关系呈现出政府引导市场的态势，而与社会的关系则是政府依靠社会力量来推动社区建设。市场与社会之间的关系则是市场需要社会的支持和认可来稳定市场环境，而与政府的关系则是在政府的引导下提供服务。综合来看，政府、市场和社会三者在城市社区建设中形成了相互作用、相互依存、相互合作的关系。 Abstract: Urban community construction is a fundamental project of a city in which the government, the market, and society interact with each other. This paper takes the Changqing Garden Community in Wuhan as the research object and investigates the roles and interaction between the government, the market, and society in community construction. Through field investigations and literature analysis, it is found that the government plays a leading role in community construction, the market is the main service provider, and society is the participant and promoter. At the same time, there is a complex interaction between the government, market, and society. The relationship between the government and the market is characterized by government guidance, while the relationship between the government and society relies on social forces to promote community construction. The relationship between the market and society is that the market needs the support and recognition of society to stabilize the market environment and provides services under the guidance of the government. Overall, the government, market, and society form a relationship of interaction, interdependence, and cooperation in urban community construction.
