INTRODUCTION OF THIS EVENT Nowadays, ultra high-rise building, as one of the inevitable economic models in the world, has made great impact on the development of the surroundings both in the solution of intensive population and land usage with its height record expected to fresh frequently. Although the ultra high-rise building itself is not so economical, it brings a lot of economic benefits to the land surrounded and improves the regional value. With its reasingly higher appreciation by the real estate developers and its vast prospect, environmental protection and green building have long been mentioned for ultra high-rise for its large energy consumption. Energy-saving and sustainable development is not only the general global trend, but now become one of the important requirements to judge whether the skyscraper projects will go or not. While there’s still some main difficulty that architectures around the world worries about like the safety of the buildings. Fire, earthquake, terrorism, façade fall etc. have happened frequently in the world and takes thousands of lives away. The common saving equipment and solutions are not effective to the super tall buildings because of the limited . It will still be the hardest problems faced up with the architecture and property industries! WHY THIS EVENT NOW HINA , as one of the countries in its fastest economic growth, has witnessed the tall buildings sprang up like bamboo shoots af spring rain. Currently, there are over 200 ultra high-rise buildings under construction with the total number of 800 skyscraper pected in the next five years.
