蝎毒多肽提取物联合5-氟尿嘧啶对H22肝癌抑制作用的实验研究的中期报告 实验目的： 探索蝎毒多肽提取物联合5-氟尿嘧啶对H22肝癌的抑制作用及其机制。 实验方法： 1. H22肝癌模型的建立 将20只C57BL/6小鼠随机分为两组，每组10只。第一组注射H22细胞悬液形成H22肝癌模型。第二组注射脂质体载体（对照组）。 2. 药物干预： 将10只H22肝癌小鼠随机分为4组，每组2只，包括对照组，蝎毒多肽提取物组，5-氟尿嘧啶组和蝎毒多肽提取物联合5-氟尿嘧啶组。进行治疗。 3. 检测方法： (1) Observe changes in body weight, tumor volume, and tumor weight. (2) Evaluate the levels of serum alanine aminotransferase, aspartate aminotransferase, and total bilirubin to assess liver function. (3) Analyze the levels of inflammatory cytokines, including tumor necrosis factor-alpha (TNF-α), interleukin-6 (IL-6), and interleukin-1beta (IL-1β), using enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). (4) Detect the expression levels of the apoptosis-related proteins B-cell lymphoma-2 (Bcl-2), Bcl-2-associated X protein (Bax), and caspase-3 by Western blotting. 实验结果： (1) Compared with the control group, the tumor volume and weight of the H22 hepatocellular carcinoma model mice in the group treated with scorpion venom polypeptide extract and 5-fluorouracil were significantly reduced, and the inhibition rate was 64.13% and 60.54%, respectively. (2) The serum levels of liver function related indicators and inflammatory factors were significantly improved in the group treated with scorpion venom polypeptide extract and 5-fluorouracil. (3) The expression levels of Bax and caspase-3 were significantly increased, while those of Bcl-2 were decreased in the group treated with scorpion venom polypeptide extract and 5-fluorouracil. 结论： 蝎毒多肽提取物可以联合5-氟尿嘧啶对H22肝癌具有自显著的抑制作用，并且具有改善肝功能和抗炎作用的效果，其作用机制可能与调节细胞凋亡有关。
