汽车双联齿轮坯三辊横轧成形规律研究的中期报告 摘要： 汽车双联齿轮是一种重要的传动元件，其制造过程中的双联齿轮坯的横轧成形是影响其性能和寿命的重要制造工艺。本文针对汽车双联齿轮坯三辊横轧成形过程中的轧制规律展开了研究，并进行了中期报告。 本文首先介绍了双联齿轮坯的结构和功能特点，分析了横轧成形对其性能和寿命的影响。然后通过理论分析和实验研究，探究了汽车双联齿轮坯三辊横轧成形的机理和规律。针对常见的轧制问题，如轧制力的变化、轧制后坯料表面的质量、轧制后坯料内部组织的变化等问题，提出了相应的解决方法和措施。 基于本文的研究成果，对汽车双联齿轮坯三辊横轧成形过程中的关键问题进行了分析和总结，提出了进一步开展研究的方向和重点。同时，为汽车双联齿轮的精密制造和高品质制造提供了理论依据和实践指导。 关键词：汽车双联齿轮；双联齿轮坯；横轧成形；三辊轧机；规律研究 Abstract: The double-row gears of cars are important transmission components, and the transverse rolling of double-row gear blanks during the manufacturing process is an important manufacturing process that affects their performance and service life. This paper conducts a study on the rolling law during the transverse rolling of the double-row gear blank of the car and presents a mid-term report. This paper first introduces the structural and functional characteristics of the double-row gear blank and analyzes the impact of transverse rolling on its performance and service life. Then, through theoretical analysis and experimental research, the mechanism and law of the transverse rolling of the double-row gear blank of the car are explored. For common rolling problems, such as changes in rolling force, the quality of the surface of the blank after rolling, and changes in the internal organization of the blank after rolling, corresponding solutions and measures are proposed. Based on the research results of this paper, the key issues in the transverse rolling process of the double-row gear blank of the car are analyzed and summarized, and the direction and focus of further research are proposed. At the same time, it provides a theoretical basis and practical guidance for the precision and high-quality manufacturing of automobile double-row gears.
