蜈蚣提取液的分离纯化与治疗肝细胞性肝癌机制的研究的中期报告 【摘要】 本文对蜈蚣提取液的分离纯化和治疗肝细胞性肝癌机制进行了研究。首先，采用乙醇提取法和正丁醇提取法分离得到蜈蚣提取液，然后进行分子筛分离和硅胶柱层析，最终得到高纯度的蜈蚣提取液，并通过红外光谱和质谱分析进行了结构鉴定。其次，使用海马注射法将蜈蚣提取液注入小鼠体内，观察其对肝癌的治疗效果。结果表明，蜈蚣提取液可以抑制肝癌的生长，降低肝癌小鼠体内肿瘤负荷、抑制细胞增殖以及诱导细胞凋亡。进一步研究发现，蜈蚣提取液可能通过影响细胞周期、调节HIF-1α和VEGF的表达以及抑制STAT3的磷酸化等途径来发挥其抗肝癌作用。 【关键词】蜈蚣提取液；分离纯化；肝癌；治疗机制 【Abstract】 In this paper, the separation and purification of centipede extract and the mechanism of treatment of hepatocellular carcinoma were studied. Firstly, centipede extract was obtained by ethanol extraction and n-butanol extraction, and then molecular sieve separation and silica gel column chromatography were carried out to obtain high-purity centipede extract, which was identified by infrared spectroscopy and mass spectrometry. Secondly, the effect of centipede extract on the treatment of liver cancer was observed by injecting centipede extract into mice using the hippocampal injection method. The results showed that centipede extract could inhibit the growth of liver cancer, reduce the tumor load in liver cancer mice, inhibit cell proliferation, and induce cell apoptosis. Further studies have found that centipede extract may exert its anti-liver cancer effect by affecting the cell cycle, regulating the expression of HIF-1α and VEGF, and inhibiting the phosphorylation of STAT3. 【Keywords】Centipede extract; Separation and purification; Liver cancer; Treatment mechanism
