WD 房地产成都金牛广场项目成本管理研究 Abstract Cost management is an essential aspect of real estate development projects, including the WD Real Estates Jin Niu Plaza project in Chengdu. This paper aims to examine the cost management strategies implemented by the company in this project, including cost planning, cost estimation, and cost control. The research used a qualitative research methodology, involving a review of the literature and case study analysis of the project. The results highlight that the company implemented effective cost management strategies to ensure that the project was completed within the budget and on schedule. The paper also discusses the challenges that the company faced during the project and provides recommendations for future cost management in real estate development projects. Introduction The real estate industry in China has undergone rapid growth in recent years, with many companies investing in property development projects to meet the rising demand for housing and commercial spaces. One of the key challenges facing real estate developers is managing the cost of these projects, which can have a significant impact on the profitability and success of the project. WD Real Estate is one of the companies that have invested in real estate development projects in China, including the Jin Niu Plaza project in Chengdu.
