城市配送发展的问题研究及运行策略 ——以北京云鸟科技有限公司为例 摘 要 城市配送作为物流活动的最后一个环节，常被人们称为“最后一公里”。合理高效的城市物流配送体系，促进了我国现代化物流系的构建，同时也有助于城市运输资源和仓储资源的整合。同时，城市绿色可持续发展观念的发展、交通压力的急剧增大也迫切需要对城市物流配送系统进行科学合理的规划。北京作为我国的物流城市节点之一，城市物流配送体系的建设不仅对北京商品的流通有着重要意义，同时也影响着我国物流行业的发展。本文基于上述背景，对北京市城市配送市场现状进行研究，希望通过在清楚认识到城市配送市场现状的基础上，提出能够促进城市配送发展发展的对策措施。 关键词： 城市配送；运行策略；云鸟科技；城市物流 Abstract Urban distribution, as the last link of logistics activities, is often referred to as the last kilometer. Reasonable and efficient urban logistics distribution system, promote the construction of Chinas modern logistics department, but also contribute to the integration of urban transport resources and storage resources.
