PAGE PAGE 1 摘 要 养老问题是当前的社会热点问题。有关调查显示，逐渐扩大的老龄化人群不仅使社会养老面临巨大压力，也使老年人对旅游养老产品的需求迅速增加，从而行成规模宏大的产业链，旅游养老产业将成为国民经济新的增长点。旅游养老作为一种新型的养老方式，能够有效调剂当前养老的活动内容，提升老年人的生活质量。在旅游养老产业发展过程中，仍然存在着大量问题，立足资源供给关系、优化农村旅游产业结构、统筹兼顾、资源配置问题，是实现旅游养老产业发展的重要基础。本文以旅游养老产业为研究对象，首先介绍了我国旅游养老产业研究的背景及目的以及研究方法，以南京市东山镇为例，通过对东山镇旅游养老产业现状进行分析，考察当地旅游养老产业存在的问题，着重分析现存问题的原因，提出促进旅游养老产业发展的新路径。 关键词： 养老；旅游养老；旅游养老产业 宿迁学院本科毕业设计（论文） 宿迁学院毕业本科设计（论文） 第 第 PAGE \* Arabic 3页 第 第 PAGE \* Arabic 1页 PAGE PAGE 1 第 第 PAGE \* Arabic 3页 Abstract The problem of providing for the aged is a hot social issue. Relevant surveys show that the gradually expanding aging population not only puts great pressure on the social pension, but also makes the elderlys demand for tourism pension products increase rapidly, thus forming a large-scale industrial chain. The tourism pension industry will become a new growth point of the national economy. As a new way of providing for the aged, tourism pension can effectively adjust the current pension activities and improve the quality of life of the elderly. There are still a lot of problems in the development of the tourism pension industry. Based on the resource supply relationship, optimizing the rural tourism industry structure and giving overall consideration to the resource allocation are the important foundation for the development of the tourism pension industry; Taking the tourism pension industry as the research object, this paper first introduces the research background, purpose and research methods of Chinas tourism pension industry. Taking Dongshan Town in Nanjing as an example, through the analysis of the current situation of the tourism pension industry in Dongshan Town, this paper investigates the problems existing in the local tourism pension industry, emphatically analyzes the causes of the existing problems, and puts forward a new path to promote the development of the tourism pension industry.
