江西财经大学普通本科毕业论文 PAGE PAGE 16 摘要 随着世界各国间贸易交往的日益频繁，国际结算业务的不断发展，作为在结算业务基础上产生的一种新业务——贸易融资，其方式越来越趋于多样化。在新型贸易融资方式中，福费庭业务的产生，为贸易企业中长期融资提供了便利。同时，此项融资业务的出现也给银行等金融机构的经营带来了新的机遇与挑战。 福费庭作为一种灵活、简便、有效的融资方式，在国际市场上发展非常迅速，其对推进我国出口结构优化，改善企业资金流动状况和加速我国银行国际化的进程都有着重要作用，是我国贸易融资发展的必然趋势。本文在分析福费廷相关理论的基础上，着重分析了我国开展福费廷业务的必要性，提出目前我国商业银行发展福费廷业务存在的问题，如商业银行信用和能力不足、商业银行缺乏相应的风险预警机制、我国票据市场不发达、进出口企业对福费廷缺乏全面的认识等。针对上述问题，论文最后基于商业银行、政府和企业的角度，提出了加快我国商业银行福费廷业务发展的几点对策建议。更新翻译 更新翻译 【关键词】福费廷业务 商业银行 票据市场  Abstract As international trade transations become numerous, international settlement is developing very fast.Meanwhile international trade financing,which comes into being based on international settlement,are taking place great changes. More and more new trade financing methods are occurring.Forfaiting is one of these unconventional methods. It facilitates export-import corporations for medium long-term trade financing. In the international market, as a flexible and convenient and efficient financing methods , forfaiting is developing very fast. To promote chinas export structure, improve the business capital flow and accelerate the process of our international ,forfaiting plays an important role in our trade finance, it is the inevitable trend of development. However, in view of the further development of forfaiting business ,it still faces many problems, such as commercial bank credit and lack of capacity, commercial banks lack the appropriate risk warning mechanism, developed Chinas paper market, import and export enterprises lack a comprehensive understanding of such Forfaiting. Based on the analysis on the basis of the theory of Forfaiting, this paper analyzes the need to carry out the business of forfeiting,and proposed the problems of the current development of Chinas forfaiting business ,in view of above problems,this paper comes up with some suggestions to speed up the development of Forfeiting. 【关键词】Forfaiting Commercial Banks Development Status Import and export enterprises  目录页码与正文有出入！最好是自动生
