90后大学生就业观问题及其对策研究-以山东交通学院为例.docxVIP

PAGE PAGE II PAGE PAGE I PAGE PAGE I 摘 要 稳就业作为“六稳”的牛鼻子，是民生之本，大学生的就业问题一直都是国家和社会急需解决的热点问题。就业观是直接影响大学生择业的重要因素，培养良好的就业观，对于促进大学生就业、推动经济发展具有重要的意义。本文以山东交通学院为例，采用问卷调查法进行调查分析，发现“90后”大学生在就业中存在就业观念落后、就业价值取向功利性、就业准备不足等问题，并运用相关理论，提出政府要加大扶持力度、高校要进行引导教育、家庭教育要与时俱进、学生要制定计划并执行的对策。希望可以改善“90后”大学生不良的就业观念，积极地投入到就业活动中去，承担起服务社会和人民的责任。 关键词：“90后”大学生，就业观，问题，对策  Abstract As the bull nose of six stability, stable employment is the basis of peoples livelihood. The employment problem of college students has been a hot issue that the state and society need to solve. Employment concept is an important factor that directly affects the employment of college students. It is of great significance to cultivate a good employment outlook for college students and economic development. Taking Shandong Jiao tong University as an example, this paper uses questionnaire to investigate and analyze, finds that the post-90s college students have problems in employment, such as backward employment concept, utilitarian orientation of employment value orientation and insufficient employment preparation. Using relevant theories, the paper proposes that the government should strengthen support, universities should carry out guidance education, family education should keep pace with the times The students should make plans and implement countermeasures. I hope that the poor employment concept of the post-90s college students can be improved, and actively invested in employment activities and take the responsibility of serving the society and the people.
