SOHO建筑交往空间设计研究——以成都为例的中期报告 【摘要】 随着现代社会的发展，SOHO办公方式越来越受到青睐。在城市中心区域，大量SOHO建筑的出现，给现代城市的发展带来新的动力。然而，SOHO建筑的设计却不容易达到用户的期望，交往空间是其中的一个难点。本文以成都为例，探讨了SOHO建筑交往空间的设计问题。在通过文献综述和现场调研后，提出了以下几个问题：一、现有SOHO建筑的交往空间设计是否满足用户的需求。二、SOHO建筑的交往空间如何设计才能提高用户满意度。三、SOHO建筑交往空间的设计要素有哪些。接下来的研究将从以上三个方面深入探讨。 【关键词】SOHO建筑，交往空间，用户需求，用户满意度，设计要素 【Abstract】 With the development of modern society, SOHO office mode is more and more popular. In the central area of the city, the emergence of a large number of SOHO buildings has brought new impetus to the development of modern cities. However, the design of SOHO buildings is not easy to meet the expectations of users. Exchange space is one of the difficulties. Taking Chengdu as an example, this paper explores the design problem of SOHO building exchange space. After literature review and on-site investigation, the following problems are proposed: whether the existing SOHO building exchange space design meets the needs of users, how to design the exchange space of SOHO building to improve user satisfaction, and what are the design elements of SOHO building exchange space.
