基于虚拟样机技术的汽车制动系感载比例阀分析研究的中期报告 摘要： 本文基于虚拟样机技术，对汽车制动系统中的感载比例阀进行了分析研究。首先，介绍了虚拟样机技术的基本概念和应用，同时阐述了汽车制动系统中感载比例阀的作用和工作原理。随后，建立了感载比例阀的数学模型，并利用ADAMS软件进行仿真分析，探究了阀门开启度与感载比例之间的关系。最后，对仿真结果进行讨论，并提出下一步研究工作计划。 关键字：虚拟样机技术；感载比例阀；制动系统；数学模型 Abstract: This paper analyzes and studies the load-sensing proportioning valve in the automotive braking system based on virtual prototype technology. Firstly, the basic concept and application of virtual prototype technology are introduced, and the function and working principle of the load-sensing proportioning valve in the automotive braking system are explained. Then, a mathematical model of the load-sensing proportioning valve is established, and ADAMS software is used to simulate and analyze the relationship between the valve opening degree and the load-sensing ratio.
