云南民办高校外籍教师管理研究——以云南经济管理职业学院为例的中期报告 摘要： 近年来，随着云南省民办高校的快速发展和国际化教育的不断推进，外籍教师成为了这些学校的重要组成部分。然而，与此同时，外籍教师管理问题也逐渐浮现。本文以云南经济管理职业学院为例，以问卷调查、实地访谈等方式，探究云南民办高校外籍教师管理中存在的问题及其解决途径。结果表明，云南民办高校外籍教师在招聘、薪酬、工作条件等方面存在不同程度的问题，而云南经济管理职业学院在管理方面的一些实践值得肯定，但也存在一些问题需要改进，如完善管理制度、提高管理效率等。针对问题，本研究提出了相应的解决途径，包括加强招聘流程、落实合适的薪酬制度、改进工作条件、完善管理制度、提高管理效率等。 关键词：民办高校；外籍教师；管理；云南经济管理职业学院 Abstract: In recent years, with the rapid development of private colleges and universities in Yunnan province and the continuous promotion of international education, foreign teachers have become an important part of these schools. However, at the same time, the issue of foreign teacher management has gradually emerged. Taking Yunnan Economic Management Vocational College as an example, this paper investigates the problems and solutions in the management of foreign teachers in private colleges and universities in Yunnan through questionnaire surveys, field visits, and other methods. The results show that foreign teachers in private colleges and universities in Yunnan have different degrees of problems in recruitment, salary, working conditions, etc., and some of the practices of Yunnan Economic Management Vocational College in management are worthy of recognition, but there are also some problems that need to be improved, such as improving management systems and improving management efficiency. To address the problems, this study proposes corresponding solutions, including strengthening the recruitment process, implementing appropriate salary systems, improving working conditions, improving management systems, and improving management efficiency.
