Study on the English translation of Guizhou cuisine names from the perspective of communication
Abstract
With the rapid development of Chinas economy, translation has attracted more and more attentions to the English translation of Chinese food. However, most of these studies focus on the cultural aspects of the menu, focusing on the reservation of Chinese cultural characteristics, while the excessive emphasis on the cultural aspects of the menu translation has caused less practical attention, for Guizhou characteristics snacks in the collation and translation studies are few.  The purpose of this paper is to use Guizhou special snacks as corpus and to carry out practical translation from the perspective of communication in order to promote the publicity of Guizhou special snacks.
