基于反规划理念的山区县域基本农田保护空间布局研究--以湖北省保康县为例的中期报告 摘要： 基本农田保护是中国政府高度重视的领域之一，但是在山区县域基本农田保护时，因为山区地形复杂，农田资源分散，保护难度较大。本研究以湖北省保康县为研究对象，采用反规划理念，结合区域特点，进行了基本农田保护空间布局研究。该研究通过调查采集和遥感影像解译，确定了保护对象及其类型，利用凸多面体模型确定了基本农田保护的范围，对基本农田保护空间布局进行了优化和调整，并结合经济和生态特征提出了保护区不同等级划分方案。结果表明，按照本研究的保护方案，可实现对保康县80%以上的基本农田的有效保护。 关键词：基本农田保护；空间布局；凸多面体模型；等级划分；反规划。 Abstract： Basic farmland protection is one of the highly concerned fields in China. However, in the protection of basic farmland in mountainous counties, the protection difficulty is relatively high due to the complex terrain and scattered farmland resources. Taking Baokang County in Hubei Province as the research object, this study adopts the concept of anti-planning and combines with the regional characteristics to conduct a spatial layout study on basic farmland protection. Through investigation and collection and remote sensing image interpretation, the protection objects and their types were determined. The convex polyhedron model was used to determine the scope of basic farmland protection. The spatial layout of basic farmland protection was optimized and adjusted, and a division scheme of different grades of protection areas was proposed based on economic and ecological characteristics. The results show that with the protection plan of this study, effective protection of more than 80% of the basic farmland in Baokang County can be achieved.
