货币政策与中国房地产价格关系实证研究的中期报告 摘要： 近年来，中国房地产市场的稳定一直是政府关注的焦点之一，而货币政策作为实现房地产价格稳定的工具之一也备受重视。本文旨在通过实证研究探讨货币政策与中国房地产价格的关系，并取得了初步的中期成果。首先，本文从文献综述入手，回顾了在国内外相关研究的基础上，概括了目前学界对货币政策和房地产价格关系的认识。接着，本文选择了中国的房地产市场和货币政策作为研究对象，通过对时间序列数据的分析发现，货币供应量和房地产价格之间存在显著的正相关关系。最后，本文提出了一些结论和建议，包括应对存在的问题，改进相关政策，促进中国房地产市场的健康发展。 关键词：货币政策、房地产价格、中国、实证研究 Abstract: In recent years, the stability of the Chinese real estate market has been one of the focus of the governments attention, and monetary policy is also one of the tools to achieve stable real estate prices. This paper aims to explore the relationship between monetary policy and Chinese real estate prices through empirical research, and has made preliminary results. Firstly, based on a review of literature, this paper summarizes the current understanding of the relationship between monetary policy and real estate prices in academia. Then, the paper selects the Chinese real estate market and monetary policy as the research objects. Through the analysis of time series data, the paper finds that there is a significant positive correlation between monetary supply and real estate prices. Finally, the paper proposes some conclusions and recommendations, including addressing existing problems, improving relevant policies, and promoting the healthy development of Chinas real estate market.
