外商直接投资区位结构变迁及影响因素的实证分析的中期报告 摘要 本文以中国外商直接投资区位结构的变迁为研究对象，采用实证分析的方法，探讨影响外商直接投资区位选择的因素。我们通过文献综述和案例分析的方式得出以下结论： 首先，外商直接投资区位选择受到市场规模、政策环境、基础设施、人力资源、管理水平和环境因素等多重因素的影响。其中，市场规模是外商直接投资选择较为重要的因素，政策环境则是影响投资意愿和投资规模的重要因素之一。 其次，随着中国国内市场规模的扩大和区域经济的发展，外商直接投资的区位选择模式也在逐步演化。原来以沿海地区为主的外商直接投资流向，逐渐向中西部和东北地区转移，这与中国西部大开发、东北振兴等国家战略密切相关。 最后，本文提出了一些政策建议，以促进外商直接投资的持续增长。具体来说，应加强对外商直接投资政策的宣传和解释，减少相关不确定因素。同时，政府应通过加强基础设施建设、改善创业环境、完善营商环境等方式，提高区域竞争力，吸引更多外商投资。 关键词：外商直接投资，区位结构，影响因素，中国，实证分析 Abstract This paper focuses on the changes in the location structure of foreign direct investment in China and explores the factors that affect the selection of location through empirical analysis. Through literature review and case analysis, we have come to the following conclusions: Firstly, the selection of location for foreign direct investment is influenced by multiple factors such as market size, policy environment, infrastructure, human resources, management level and environment. Among them, market size is a more important factor in the selection of foreign direct investment, while the policy environment is one of the important factors affecting investment willingness and investment scale. Secondly, with the expansion of Chinas domestic market and the development of regional economy, the location selection mode of foreign direct investment is gradually evolving. The foreign direct investment flow, which used to be mainly concentrated in coastal areas, is gradually shifting to the central and western regions and the Northeast region, which is closely related to Chinas national strategies such as Western Development and Northeast Revitalization. Finally, this paper puts forward some policy suggestions to promote the sustainable growth of foreign direct investment. Specifically, we need to strengthen the publicity and interpretation of foreign direct investment policies and reduce related uncertainties. At the same time, governments should enhance the competitiveness of regions by strengthening infrastructure co
