基于供应链管理理论的汽车企业采购管理研究——以江铃汽车股份有限公司为例的中期报告 摘要： 本研究基于供应链管理理论，以江铃汽车股份有限公司为研究对象，通过对其采购管理实践的调研与分析，探讨了汽车企业在采购管理方面面临的问题及其解决办法。研究结果表明，江铃汽车股份有限公司在采购管理方面存在一些问题，如供应商的选择、采购流程的优化、采购部门与生产部门的合作等，但该公司已经采取了一些措施来解决这些问题，如推行供应商绩效评估制度、优化采购流程、加强部门间协作等。 本研究的主要贡献在于对江铃汽车股份有限公司采购管理实践的深入研究，为该公司未来采购管理的改进提供了参考和借鉴，同时也为其他汽车企业的采购管理提供了一些启示和借鉴。 关键词：供应链管理、采购管理、汽车企业、江铃汽车股份有限公司 Abstract: Based on the theory of supply chain management, taking Jiangling Motors Corporation Ltd. as the research object, through the investigation and analysis of its procurement management practices, this study explores the problems faced by automobile enterprises in procurement management and their solutions. The results show that Jiangling Motors Corporation Ltd. has some problems in procurement management, such as supplier selection, optimization of procurement process, cooperation between procurement department and production department, but the company has taken some measures to solve these problems, such as implementing supplier performance evaluation system, optimizing procurement process, strengthening cooperation between departments, etc. The main contribution of this study is the in-depth study of procurement management practices of Jiangling Motors Corporation Ltd., providing reference and inspiration for the future improvement of procurement management of the company, and also providing some inspiration and reference for procurement management of other automobile enterprises.
