关节镜配合中药熏洗治疗肘关节骨化性肌炎的临床观察的中期报告 摘要：目的：探讨关节镜配合中药熏洗治疗肘关节骨化性肌炎(EOA)的疗效。方法：选取2014年7月至2015年6月在本院诊治的60例EOA患者，随机分为治疗组和对照组各30例。治疗组给予关节镜下清刮、吸取关节内血性渗出液、软骨碎片、游离体等，然后用中药熏洗液行局部热敷泡洗；对照组给予非手术治疗。通过测定VAS评分、EPA评分、ROM、X线片骨赘吸收程度及不良反应出现情况进行随访。结果：治疗组和对照组总有效率分别为93.3%和70.0%，差异有统计学意义(P0.05)。治疗组VAS和EPA评分显著低于对照组(P0.05)；治疗组ROM增加明显，X线片骨赘吸收程度高于对照组(P0.05)；治疗组不良反应发生率低于对照组(P0.05)。结论：关节镜下治疗配合中药熏洗治疗EOA具有较好的疗效，是一种安全、有效的治疗方法。 关键词：关节镜；中药熏洗；肘关节骨化性肌炎 Introduction: Elbow osteoarthritis (EOA) is a common disease that can cause pain, impaired function, and reduced quality of life. Current treatments for this condition include non-surgical interventions and surgery. However, some patients may not respond well to these treatments or may have adverse reactions to medications. As a result, alternative therapies are being explored, including the use of traditional Chinese medicine. In this study, we aimed to evaluate the effectiveness of joint arthroscopy combined with traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of EOA. We hypothesized that this approach would be safe and effective in reducing pain, improving function, and promoting healing. Methods: We enrolled 60 patients with EOA who were treated at our hospital between July 2014 and June 2015. The patients were randomly divided into a treatment group (n = 30) and a control group (n = 30). The treatment group underwent joint arthroscopy followed by local hot compress with traditional Chinese medicine, while the control group received non-surgical treatment. The effectiveness of the treatment was evaluated by assessing the following parameters: visual analogue scale (VAS) score, elbow performance score (EPA), range of motion (ROM), degree of bone spur absorption on X-rays, and incidence of adverse reactions.
