PAGE 辽宁公安司法管理干部学院 辽宁政法职业学院 毕业论文 论文题目：出口信用保险的应用与发展 Application and Development of Export Credit Insurance 姓 名： 学 号： 院 系： 专 业： 指导教师： PAGE III 摘要：我国出口信用保险的产生是改革开放发展到一定阶段的产物。1988年，国务院决定正式建立出口信用保险制度，在之后 30 年的探索与发展过程中，我国出口信用保险先后历经了独家试办(6年)、两家主体承办(7年)，再到独家专业经营(12年)，以及现阶段多主体经营(5年)的四个阶段。回顾信用保险模式以及机制体制的历次变革和创新，其动因主要是适应我国不同历史时期所处的时代背景，以及改革开放的实际需要，同时，我国信用保险也在这种变革和发展过程中从弱到强，直至当今跻身全球信用保险行业的前列。本文主要分析我国出口信用保险的发展现状和存在的问题，针对这些问题提出一些解决对策。 关键词：出口信用保险；保险业；现状；对策  Abstract: The emergence of export credit insurance in China is the product of the development of reform and opening up to a certain stage. In 1988, the State Council decided to formally establish the export credit insurance system. In the following 30 years of exploration and development, Chinas export credit insurance has gone through four stages: exclusive trial run (6 years), two main bodies undertake (7 years), exclusive professional operation (12 years), and multi-main body operation (5 years). Looking back on the reform and innovation of credit insurance mode and mechanism, the main reason is to adapt to the background of the times in different historical periods and the actual needs of reform and opening up. At the same time, Chinas credit insurance has also been in the forefront of the global credit insurance industry from weak to strong in the process of reform and development. This paper mainly analyses the current situation and existing problems of export credit insurance in China, and puts forward some solutions to these problems.
