基于神经网络建模和粒子群优化的锅炉汽温控制研究的中期报告 摘要： 汽轮发电机组锅炉汽温控制系统是一个复杂的非线性系统，其控制精度对于保证发电机组的稳定运行至关重要。本研究基于神经网络建模和粒子群优化算法，设计了一种改进的锅炉汽温控制方案。 首先，通过分析锅炉汽温控制系统的特性，结合实际工程数据，建立了一个包含多个输入和输出的神经网络模型。然后，利用粒子群优化算法对神经网络进行训练和优化，以提高模型的性能和精度。最后，通过在实际锅炉汽温控制系统上的应用实验，验证了该控制方案的稳定性和良好的控制效果。 关键词：神经网络；粒子群优化；锅炉汽温控制；控制精度。 Abstract: The boiler steam temperature control system of the steam turbine generator set is a complex nonlinear system, and its control accuracy is crucial to ensure the stable operation of the generator set. In this study, a modified steam temperature control scheme for the boiler is designed based on neural network modeling and particle swarm optimization algorithm. First, an input-output neural network model with multiple inputs and outputs was established by analyzing the characteristics of the boiler steam temperature control system and combining the actual engineering data. Then, the particle swarm optimization algorithm was used to train and optimize the neural network to improve the performance and accuracy of the model. Finally, the stability and good control effect of this control scheme are verified through application experiments on the actual boiler steam temperature control system.
