我国高新技术上市公司营运资金管理与公司绩效关系研究的中期报告 摘要： 营运资金是企业实现正常运转、保证生产经营的重要资金，对高新技术企业尤为重要。本文以我国高新技术上市公司为研究对象，探讨了营运资金管理与公司绩效之间的关系。研究发现，营运资金管理对于高新技术上市公司的财务绩效和市场绩效有着显著的影响，特别是对企业的盈利能力和财务稳定性有着非常重要的作用。因此，企业应该根据自身的实际情况，合理地管理营运资金，提高企业的综合绩效水平。 关键词：高新技术企业；上市公司；营运资金管理；公司绩效。 Abstract: Working capital is an important capital for enterprises to achieve normal operation and ensure production and operation, especially for high-tech enterprises. This paper takes Chinas high-tech listed companies as the research object and explores the relationship between working capital management and company performance. The study found that working capital management has a significant impact on the financial performance and market performance of high-tech listed companies, especially on their profit and financial stability. Therefore, enterprises should manage their working capital reasonably according to their own actual situation to improve their comprehensive performance level.
