山西省农村中学教师专业发展现状与需求的调查研究——以安泽县为例的中期报告 摘要： 本研究旨在调查研究山西省农村中学教师专业发展现状与需求，以安泽县为例。通过问卷调查和对教师的访谈，研究发现：山西省农村中学教师专业发展仍存在多方面的问题，如师资力量、教学质量、课程设置等；教师存在对专业发展的需求和愿望，同时也面临诸多的困境，比如时间和资源短缺、工作压力等。为了提高山西省农村中学教师专业水平和教学效果，应采取有效措施，比如与大学合作开展教师培训、加强教师激励机制、优化教师培训体系等。 关键词：教师专业发展；山西省农村中学；安泽县；调查研究 Abstract： The aim of this study is to investigate the professional development status and demands of rural middle school teachers in Shanxi province, using Anze county as an example. Through questionnaire surveys and interviews with teachers, the study found that there are many problems in the professional development of rural
