IL-12在肿瘤免疫中的作用 摘要 白细胞介素12(IL-12)是细胞免疫应答过程中起调节作用的细胞因子，具有重要的生物活性。由于它的这些免疫调节作用，IL-12显示出良好的抗肿瘤活性，加上它对免疫细胞活性的调节具有作用强、范围广的特点，因此在抗肿瘤研究中显示出良好的应用前景。 关键字：IL-12；肿瘤免疫；T细胞 Abstract Interleukin 12 (IL-12) is a key regulatory factor in the process of cellular immune response. IL-12 can activate natural killer cells, macrophages and T cells, promote the secretion of a large number of IFN- gamma, but also promote the maturation of dendritic cells and inhibition of tumor angiogenesis. Therefore, IL-12 is considered to be one of the most effective anti-tumor cytokines, and the use of IL-12 for anti-tumor therapy has gradually become the focus of research. The results show that IL-12 can enhance the activity of a variety of immune effector cells, such as it can promote the proliferation and cytotoxicity of T cells, NK cells, regulate the development of Th1 cells and induce the production of cytokines. Because of its regulatory role of these immune, IL-12 showed good anti-tumor activity, and regulating the activity of immune cells which has the characteristics of strong function and wide range, so it shows a good prospect in anti-tumor research.
