摘要

本文阐述了鲁米诺化学发光，免疫分析的原理及其相结合后的应用和应用的前景，化学发光与免疫分析相结合构建了高灵敏度化学发光免疫传感器的新方法。这种新方法可应用于免疫分析的很多方面，如测定ALP标记的抗原或抗体，人血清中甲胎蛋白，鳞状细胞癌抗原等，这些方法较传统方法具有灵敏度高、线性范围宽、设备简单的优点，应用前景很好，同时本文对再国内外鲁米诺化学发光传感体系在免疫分析中的应用进行了展望。
