FormulatethesuppliersinaccordancewiththeFordGlobalTermsandConditions;establishandmaintainthesupplysystem,andsupportthesupplierstructurewiththissystem.
PurchasingpreferstoselectthesupplierswhohavethecertificateofISO9000,supplierswhoprovidechemicalanddangerousproductmusthaveISO14001certificate.Accordingtotheevaluationoftheusingunits,thesupplier’sliability,annualsalesvolumeandcooperationwithotherforeigncompanies,thebuyerwilldecidewhethertocontinuecooperationorgraduallycancelthecooperation.
