Withthedeepeningofglobalization,serviceoutsourcinghasbecomeoneoftheimportantmeansforcountriestoconducteconomiccooperationandcompetition.ChinaisoneofthemajorcountriesthatundertakeserviceoutsourcingbusinessfromEuropeandAmerica,anditsserviceoutsourcingmodelandlocationselectionresearchhaveimportantpracticalsignificanceandtheoreticalvalue.ThisstudyaimstoanalyzetheoutsourcingmodelandlocationselectionofChinasserviceoutsourcingbusinessinEuropeandAmerica,inordertoprovideprofoundsuggestionsandinsightsfortheserviceoutsourcingfield.

Throughtheanalysisofrelatedliteratureandin-depthinterviewswithexpertsandenterprises,thisstudydrawsthefollowingconclusions:Chinasserviceoutsourcingmodelmainlyincludestalentoutput-oriented,resourcesynergistic,andbrand-scalemodels.ThesethreemodelsmeettheneedsofEuropeanandAmericanclientsfromdifferentaspectsandhaveadvantagesandlimitations.Intermsoflocationselection,theeasternregionofChinaisthemostimportantserviceoutsourcingarea,withadvantagesmainlyincompleteinfrastructure,sufficienttalentreserves,andstrongmarketdemand.However,withtheincreasingmaturityofChinasserviceoutsourcingmarketandtheintensificationofcompetition,thedevelopmentofinlandandcentralregionshasalsoshowncertainpotentialandopportunities.
