摘要:针对纺纱企业筒纱包装方式落后、传统包装设备自动化程度低和劳动力资源浪费大等问题,通过筒纱包装工艺流

程分析,运用TRIZ及其方法,提出并设计了一种筒纱自动翻转整列包装装置。首先,分析了传统包装设备中存在的技

术矛盾,构建矛盾矩阵表,筛选出分割与切割、预先作用和不对称等发明原理;然后,根据发明原理提示对筒纱自动翻转

整列包装装置进行方案设计;最后,从理论上得出理想可行方案,该方案已在纺纱企业筒纱包装生产线中落地生产,整

体运行稳定,具备良好的推广应用价值。

Abstract:Aimingattheproblemsofbackwardpackagingmethods,lowautomationdegreeofpackagingequipmentandlargewaste

oflaborresourcesinspinningenterprises,asetofautomaticbobbinyarnautomatedturnoverandarraypackagingdevicewaspro-

posedanddesignedbyanalyzingtheprocessflowofyarnpackagingandusingTRIZanditsmethod.Thetechnicalcontradictions

existingintraditionalequipmentwereanalyzed,thecontradictionmatrixtablewasconstructed,andtheinventionprinciplessuch

assegmentationandcutting,pre-action,andasymmetrywerescreenedout.Combinedwiththetipsoftheselectedprinciple,the

schemedesignoftheturnoverarraydevicewascarriedout,andfinallytheidealfeasibleschemewasderivedfromthetheory,

whichhadbeenproducedinthespinningenterpriseyarnpackagingproductionline,theoveralloperationisstable,andithas

goodpromotionandapplicationvalue.
