【Abstract】

ThePediclescrewdynamicinternalfixationsystem(PSDIFS)isanovelspinalinternalfixationsystem,whichcanstabilizeandacceleraterecoveryinspinalsurgery,especiallyforthetreatmentofspinaldegeneration,spinalinjuriesandspinaltumors.TheaimofthisprojectistodevelopPSDIFSandconductbiomechanicaltestingandrelatedclinicaltrialstoevaluateitsefficacyandsafety.

ThisprojectfirstlyintroducesthetechnicalprinciplesandadvantagesofPSDIFS,includingfurtherbendingandtwistingabilityofscrew,andelasticadjustmentabilityofgap.Secondly,wewilldesignandmanufacturePSDIFSsamples,andcarryoutbiomechanicalexperimentstotestitsstrength,stiffnessandtorquecapability.Finally,wewillconductrelatedclinicaltrials,recruitacertainnumberofspinalsurgerypatientsfortreatment,collectclinicaldataandconductstatisticalanalysistoevaluatetheclinicalefficacyandsafetyofPSDIFS.

Thesignificanceofthisprojectliesinthedevelopmentandverificationofanewandinnovativespinalinternalfixationsystem,providingamoreadvancedandeffectivewayforthetreatmentofclinicalspinaldiseases.Meanwhile,thisprojectwillalsostrengthenthecooperationandcommunicationbetweenscientificresearchersandmedicalprofessionals,promotinginterdisciplinaryresearchanddevelopment.
