一次性根治手术配合中药治疗肛周脓肿临床研究的开题报告

摘要

肛周脓肿是常见的肛门周围疾病之一，严重影响患者生活和工作质量。传统的治疗方法主要是手术，但容易复发和出现其他并发症。本文提出了一种新的治疗方法：一次性根治手术配合中药治疗，旨在探讨该方法的疗效和安全性。本研究将选择50例肛周脓肿患者，随机分为治疗组和对照组，治疗组采用一次性根治手术配合中药治疗，对照组采用传统手术治疗。在手术前、手术后和术后3个月对患者进行疗效的评估，包括疼痛程度、肿胀程度、排便障碍、患者生活质量评分等方面。同时，结合患者的临床资料和治疗记录，评估两种治疗方法的安全性和可行性。预计本研究的结果将为肛周脓肿的治疗提供新的思路和方法。

Abstract

Perianalabscessisacommonperianaldiseasethatseriouslyaffectsthequalityoflifeandworkofpatients.Thetraditionaltreatmentmethodismainlysurgery,butitispronetorecurrenceandothercomplications.Thispaperproposesanewtreatmentmethod:one-timeradicalsurgerycombinedwithtraditionalChinesemedicinetreatment,aimingtoexploretheefficacyandsafetyofthismethod.Thisstudywillselect50patientswithperianalabscess,randomlydividedintothetreatmentgroupandthecontrolgroup.Thetreatmentgroupwilladoptone-timeradicalsurgerycombinedwithtraditionalChinesemedicinetreatment,andthecontrolgroupwilladopttraditionalsurgicaltreatment.Theeffectivenessofthetreatmentwillbeevaluatedbeforethesurgery,afterthesurgery,andthreemonthsafterthesurgery,includingthedegreeofpain,swelling,defecationdisorders,andpatientqualityoflifescores.Atthesametime,combinedwiththepatientsclinicaldataandmedicalrecords,thesafetyandfeasibilityofthetwotreatmentmethodswillbeevaluated.Itisexpectedthattheresultsofthisstudywillprovidenewideasandmethodsforthetreatmentofperianalabscess.
