Abstract:Anefficienthighperformanceliquidchromatographyanalysismethodfordetectingthecontentofprohibited

preservatives2,4,6-trichlorophenol,pentachlorophenolandbithionolinexportedcosmeticsoapswasestablished.There

isnoliteratureaboutthedeterminationof2,4,6-trichlorophenol,pentachlorophenolandbithionolmethodinsoaps.The

samplewasmadeintouniformcrumbs,dissolvedinhotwater,mixedwithacetonitrileforextraction,andwassaltedoutto

obtaintheextractingsolution.Gradientelutionwascarriedoutwithmethanol-acetonitrile-ammoniumacetateasternary

mobilephase.Itwasataflowrateof1.0mL/minthroughanAgilentZORBAXEclipseXDB-C18chromatographic

column（5μm,4.6mm×250mm）,andthecolumntemperaturewas30℃.TheUVdetectionwavelengthwas300nm.
