在当前的时代发展当中，我国的经济已经迈入到了全新的一个发展阶段当中，同时社会与经济正进入到了一个全新的常态环境当中，所以各个企业也充满了各种竞争，这也对企业在经营当中给出了非常多的要求，对于民营企业来说，受到很大程度限制的一个发展因素就是它的资金不足，所以如果一个民营企业能够拥有较强的筹资能力，那么它就可以获得更多的资金，能够在市场当中有更多的机会来不断的扩大发展，这样才能够在市场当中占据到较好的竞争地位。

本文围绕民营企业筹资管理问题进行研究分析，对民营企业的含义及特点，企业筹资的相关理论包括企业筹资概念、筹资特点、筹资方式、筹资结构等方面进行分析。对民营企业筹资管理现状方面，介绍了民营企业筹资方面所有者权益为主、流动负债为辅的筹资结构。针对民营企业筹资管理中存在的筹资制度不健全、筹资规模不合理、筹资方式和渠道单一、筹资风险意识淡薄等问题，提出了完善筹资制度的建立、企业筹资规模的建立、筹资方式与渠道的建立、企业筹资风险的建立等措施，对进一步提升我国民营企业的筹资管理能力具有非常重要的现实意义。

Abstract
