美团骑手的员工激励机制研究
摘要
市场经济条件下，激励机制是企业管理重要的战略性资源，员工激励机制问题是美团亟待解决的问题之一。文章通过问卷调查法、统计分析法，对美团骑手的员工激励机制现状和作用，以及制约美团骑手员工激励机制建设的因素进行分析。发现问题：美团骑手的员工激励机制虽已有相应的体系，但其激励模式过于单一，缺乏针对性；存在严重的随意性，也缺乏制度保障。提出相应的解决办法：加强公司内部薪酬制度的合理性，运用多种激励手段，建立起科学的绩效考核体系和制度化的激励机制，强化激励机制的制度保障；注重骑手员工的心理需要；坚持人本思想；建全并完善公司文化。员工激励机制是制约企业发展前景，影响企业管理制度在末端的执行力和人力资源性能发挥的关键因素，良好的激励机制能推动美团企业的蓬勃发展。

Abstract
Undertheconditionofmarketeconomy,incentivemechanismisanimportantstrategicresourceforenterprisemanagement,andemployeeincentivemechanismisoneoftheproblemstobesolvedbyMeituan.Throughquestionnairesurveyandstatisticalanalysis,thisarticleanalyzesthestatusquoandfunctionoftheemployeeincentivemechanismofMeituanriders,aswellasthefactorsrestrictingtheconstructionoftheemployeeincentivemechanismofMeituanriders.Problemsfound:AlthoughtheemployeeincentivemechanismofMeituanridershasacorrespondingsystem,itsincentivemodeistoosingleandlackinginpertinence;thereisseriousarbitrarinessandlackofinstitutionalguarantee.Putforwardthecorrespondingsolutions:strengthentherationalityofthecompanysinternalcompensationsystem,useavarietyofincentivemeans,establishascientificperformanceappraisalsystemandinstitutionalizedincentivemechanism,strengthentheinstitutionalguaranteeoftheincentivemechanism;payattentiontothepsychologicalneedsofriders,adheretothehumanisticthought,buildandimprovethecompanyculture.Employeeincentivemechanismisthekeyfactorthatrestrictsthedevelopmentprospectofenterprisesandaffectstheexecutionofenterprisemanagementsystemattheendandtheperformanceofhumanresources.AgoodincentivemechanismcanpromotethevigorousdevelopmentofMeituanenterprises.
