公路工程监理施工质量控制研究

摘要

随着我国政府对高速公路建设的重视，公路建设得到了快速发展。公路建设不仅反映了一座城市的发展水平，也反映了人们生活的方方面面。但是，我国高速公路的建设存在着很多问题，至今仍未得到有效的监管，加强工程质量管理显得尤为重要。

本文以国内高速公路工程为背景，参考国内外相关资料，重点分析了工程建设中的质量管理问题，并通过多种资料对比，总结了工程建设中存在的几个问题。本文从项目管理的角度分析了当前工程施工和监理工作中存在的问题。本文采用三阶段法，对施工前、施工中、竣工验收阶段的监理工作进行了细致的分析，并给出了相应的对策，对提高施工质量、提高施工质量起到了积极的作用。

ABSTRACT

Withtheattentionofourgovernmenttotheconstructionofhighway,thehighwayconstructionhasbeendevelopedrapidly.Highwayconstructionnotonlyreflectsthedevelopmentlevelofacity,butalsoreflectseveryaspectofpeopleslife.However,therearemanyproblemsintheconstructionofexpresswaysinChina,whichhavenotbeeneffectivelysupervised,soitisparticularlyimportanttostrengthentheprojectqualitymanagement.

Thispapertakesthedomesticexpresswayengineeringasthebackground,referringtotherelevantmaterialsofdomesticandforeigncountries,analyzesthequalitymanagementproblemsintheprojectconstruction,andsummarizesseveralproblemsexistingintheprojectconstructionthroughthecomparisonofvariousdata.Thispaperanalyzestheproblemsexistinginthecurrentengineeringconstructionandsupervisionworkfromtheperspectiveofprojectmanagement.Thispaperadoptsthethree-stagemethodtoanalyzethesupervisionworkbeforetheconstruction,duringtheconstructionandthecompletionacceptancestage,andgivesthecorrespondingcountermeasures,whichplaysapositiveroleinimprovingtheconstructio
