摘要

随着建筑行业的不断发展，对社会经济的推动作用越来越明显，同时建筑技术水平及质量要求也越来越高。房屋建筑工程作为人类赖以生存的栖息之地，其质量的好坏直接关系到人们日常生活，甚至国家和人民的生命财产安全。施工阶段质量控制是建筑质量的关键环节，同时质量控制是项目管理中成本控制、进度控制等管理的重中之重，质量控制及管理状况的好坏将不仅影响整个工程项目的顺利完成及项目造价，而且有可能会带来严重的安全隐患。因此必须加强施工阶段质量控制与管理，采用有效的质量控制方法和管理体系来确保工程质量达到相关要求。本文从房屋建筑工程质量通病的分类入手，详细的阐述了房屋建筑工程质量通病的原因，并根据原因指出了房屋建筑工程质量通病的预防措施，最终通过具体的工程实例进行介绍。

Abstract

Withthecontinuousdevelopmentoftheconstructionindustry,thepromotionofsocialeconomyisbecomingmoreandmoreobvious,andthetechnicallevelandqualityrequirementsofconstructionarealsogettinghigherandhigher.Asahabitatforhumansurvival,thequalityofhousingconstructionprojectsisdirectlyrelatedtopeoplesdailylife,andeventhesafetyoflifeandpropertyofthecountryandpeople.Qualitycontrolintheconstructionstageisthekeylinkofconstructionquality,andqualitycontrolisthetoppriorityofcostcontrolandschedulecontrolinprojectmanagement.Thequalityofqualitycontrolandmanagementstatuswillnotonlyaffectthesmoothcompletionoftheentireprojectandtheproject.cost,andmaybringserioussecurityrisks.Therefore,itisnecessarytostrengthenthequalitycontrolandmanagementoftheconstructionstage,andadopteffectivequalitycontrolmethodsandmanagementsystemstoensurethattheprojectqualitymeetstherelevantrequirements.Thispaperstartswiththeclassificationofcommonqualityproblemsinhousingconstructionprojects,elaboratesonthecausesofcommonqualityproblemsinhousingconstructionprojects,andpointsoutpreventivemeasuresforcommonqualityproblemsinhousingconstructionprojectsaccordingtothereasons,andfinallyintroducesspecificengineeringexamples.
